"I called this company for advice on what to do about the concern, when they called I received an estimate over the phone, what was going to happen, when it was going to happen so forth. Person was not only on time but early, I explained the concern and to my dismay only three traps were put out and I had to tell him where to put them instead of his recommendation to correct my concern. I was informed on first phone call they would return in ten days to check work out, installer informed me when I asked about his return it would be thirty days before they came back to check out the traps but if we smelled a bad odor just call and he would come out asap. Once an odor is present, it's too late. I told him what I was told about ten days but he was not aware of that. Three days later I checked the traps in attic, bait was gone and so were the mice, trap did not work. Today he came reset traps and re baited traps, also left 2 more traps upon my request. First person I talked with to set this up (Roger) was very informing about the system and procedures. I'm interested on what they do for the following three months service."

"Phillip responded promptly to our call and evaluated the cause of the basement leak. Even though he has a busy schedule he found time to go over the details of the job with us and answer our many questions. The scope of work was well defined in the contract agreement.A work date was set and the crew and equipment arrived on time. Phillip reviewed the work to be performed with the crew leader and work was started right away. The job required work to be performed at three different locations around the house including excavation around the foundation. Each man appeared to be capable of the work being performed with little direction or supervision. They took care to protect the house and lawn during the excavation by placing heavy plastic sheeting in areas where dirt would be temporarily placed. They took care not to damage the landscape lighting and sprinklers.The actual waterproofing system used was far and above the protection applied when the house was built. I have a lot of confidence that the problem is solved. On completion of the job the plants that were removed were replanted, all debris removed, and a through clean up performed. The job required cutting out a section of the sidewalk and driveway to run pipes underneath to bury the gutter downspouts. I was concerned about the appearance of the finished concrete job and am pleased to say that the finished product blends in nicely with the old concrete. I also noticed they put re bar in the driveway repair. All in all it was expensive but it was a professional job from start to finish.
