"We had snow and a very bad ice dam on our roof. I spoke with Shaun and he and his crew were here the next day. They cleared the roof but the ice dam was so bad that Shaun and his crew were out here the following day and removed the ice dam. We had water coming in the house and thanks to SJM we no longer have water coming in. I highly recommend SJM roofing for any work you need done on your house. "

"I recently had an asphalt driveway put in. The crew was very professional. The driveway is smooth and very happy with the quality of the new driveway. They even went above and beyond and put in a small drainage area for water runoff. It has definitely improved the appearance of my home."

"Had multiple leaks from the ice and snow on my roof ice dams that needed to be removed. I saw the great reviews on this company and reached out, They came out and did a free inspection and quote, did the job fast. They removed the ice, seal my roof and replaced the missing shingles I've been planning to get around to. They cleaned up and gave me picture and videos throughout the process to keep me updated on the repairs. "

"Follow up to earlier review -JJP Contracting Jose and Brian are running a top tier business. I'm going to be totally honest with the people of Angi- We hired this team to perform a siding job and it originally didn't go well. They pulled down the pre-existing wood shingle siding that was rotted and installed new Siding on the home. When the siding first went up there was a defect that we all couldn't understand. We thought that it wasn't okay to leave it up but tried to see if the warmer weather would cause it to unbuckle. JJP stood by their words even months after the siding had been installed and came back to make the necessary fixes. I appreciate this more than the team knows because too often contractors are not true to what they say. This team is running an honest business that I can truthfully say that I trust. I look forward to discussing further projects with their group."

"Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."
