"I hired Robles Renovation to install tile flooring in my first rental home. Initially, he had to postpone the project due to cold, wet weather—showing that he prioritizes the safety of his team. His pricing was fair and realistic, unlike other contractors who quoted me $2.50 per square foot for removal and $4.50 per square foot for installation.
