"Had a unique situation with and attached sun room that latter had a partial wall shared with a 1000 sg ft addition done around 1999. It was initially highly speculative as to where the leak was arising. To make a long story short it turned out there were three separate (two of them unusual) sources of leak. It took several visits to fix them all. I paid only for the first fix. The rest were covered under the warranty, promptly after I reported water was still entering the sun room. Very professional, excellent service, highly recommend."

"I would strongly caution anyone considering this roofing company. We had our roof redone in July 2025, and by February we experienced water damage inside our home. After inspection, the issue appeared to be related to poorly installed flashing around a vent. Instead of taking accountability or even seriously investigating the workmanship, the company quickly dismissed the problem and claimed it was caused by an animal, therefore not covered under their warranty. This was disappointing, especially given how soon the issue occurred after a full roof replacement. A reputable company should stand behind their work and be willing to thoroughly assess potential installation issues rather than deflect responsibility. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to help resolve the damage left us dealing with repairs on our own. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a company that stands by the quality of their work and provides reliable customer service."

"We noticed some water spots on the roof and then water on the outside stucco as well. I looked up reviews of all the companies in the inland empire and got quotes from 4 different companies. Maynor, the owner of Triangle Roofing was the first to respond and he came out that same day as he was going to be in the Temecula Valley area. He knew exactly what was needed and gave a very reasonable estimate, I like the way he operated and conducted himself, I then received more estimates and two were higher and one was lower. I felt as though all the companies with the exception of the low ball one would do a decent job, as I heard less than favorable things about the company who gave a low estimate. I want a fair price and Maynor gave exactly that. You get what you pay for and while no one wants to over pay, you donâ t want to go cheap on your roof itâ s one of the most important structures on a house. Maynor was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we had times to just chit chat and he is a genuine person; he wants to do a good quality job and provide a good service to his customers, simple and straightforward. All of his employees who I spoke with, Eli and Salvador, were kind and shared those same values of doing quality work and doing right by their customers. As is the case with a lot of tract homes, we will probably need to repair other parts of the roof and I know we will be calling Triangle Roofing again. "This contractor doesnâ t have a lot of reviews, so I was hesitant. Iâ m very glad I overcame that. They did an EXCELLENT job. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. They used exactly the materials we agreed on, and the work looked terrific. Everything was exactly as we agreed upon, with zero surprises. They donâ t have a lot of reviews. "This job was not needed as the roof vent was found to have come from the next-door neighbor's roof. However, I had Gordon to inspect my roof due to the recent winds that had come through the area. He found 3 tiles that had slid out of place. They were not damaged, so he set them back in place. I have no issues with the work he did. I am completely satisfied. The only reason why I gave the business 5 stars because Gordon was late and had forgotten the appointment. I had other business to attend to, so I called him to see what had happened. He apologized and explained the situation involving an ill family member that needed attention, which is understandable. I was on a tight schedule, but Gordon got right on it and arrived in time for me to get on with my day. I'm sure this was a rare circumstance. I would have given the business 5 stars, except, I would suggest Gordon set up an appointment reminder using his mobile device, so he never forgets his appointments. "

"If I could give a 10 out of 5 stars I would. Argo from Sandoval roofing came out and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After getting a few more quotes, we decided to go with Sandoval roofing to completely redo our roof and patio (new sheathing, paper, and tiles). We decided to go with them because they were quick to respond through call and text (even late at night), gave a good price, are licensed and bonded through CSLB, and have roofers with 25+ years experience (their roofer Francisco was awesome) They were able to start within a week of giving the quote, and finished the whole job in 4 days. The two bosses were on site to overview the job which I appreciated as well. Overall I could not be happier with this company. With all the bad contractors there are now a days it’s hard to find someone who does quality work at a good price, but Sandoval roofing did so. Sorry for the ramble, but they finished my roof today and I’m very pleased with it so I thought I’d share my whole experience."

"We were referred to Zenith through a strong referral from a friend and whose neighbors had also used them. Despite that, I still got 5 estimates just to make sure. They came in on the lower end of pricing (though not the lowest), but their work included more in the initial estimate. I recommend uploading your estimates to AI and asking for a side-by-side comparison, and ask what questions you should ask about their estimate, you will learn a lot. Bryan was thorough in his estimate, did not over-measure, and was fair about removing pricing from the quote when something did not need to happen. We had 2 layers of shingle on top of a layer of shake which made a mess of our open attic garage, but they protected everything and cleaned it all up as though nothing happened.
