"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. "These guys are fantastic! This is the second time I have used them and both experiences were excellent. Last year we had a major leak in a slanted part of our rubber roof. Fixed perfectly. No leaks again. This year we had other parts of our roof leaking (1870 house. Lots of roof pitches and types) they identified the issues, replaced two small roof areas on bays areas, replaced all the broken slate tiles and replaced very old and non-functional down spouts. Ramon and Wilson are kind, conscientious and very reasonable. Their services are highly recommended!!!!"

I didn't know the name had been changed to "Newton Roofing Residential", and was under new management/ownership.I called and Mr. Melo answered right away. I explained the problem. He personally came to inspect the following day. I had feared a new roof might be needed, but he explained the damage was likely caused by a damaged (perforated) shingle. One of his crew came out 2 days later and replaced the shingle. The price was reasonable. I also noted another shingle that lifted, due to a "nail-pop". This, a relatively minor matter, was repaired at no extra charge. I cant' recommend Newton Roofing Residential strongly enough. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and polite. "It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested.

We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."
