"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. "It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested. <br /> <br /> We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."

"A few years ago, Sprague replaced our shingle roof. We were very happy with their work. It was done in a timely manner, within budget, and of the highest quality. Recently, (Dec. 2017), we asked them to do small repair on a flat rubber roof. They were very prompt in responding, coming to look at what needed it to be done, and getting the job done promptly. Unfortunately, the patch did not hold--patches to rubber roofs are NOT guaranteed, due to issues of surface deterioration caused by age, slime, mold, etc., which can be hard to manage. The repair was costly, about $895; when we noticed that the repair was not stable, we called; unfortunately, they did not get back to us, which was surprising based on our previous experience with this company."
