"Jose and Christian are remarkably talented and hardworking professionals. Our three-story Victorian home is a challenge to paint. Very steep metal roofing, intricate dormers and insets and several very high areas where trim boards required replacement. The crew from Worgem’s Painting was excellent. Great communication and friendly and informative. Matching paint colors perfectly and applying paint in as many coats as required to complete the job. The job came in at the price quoted and the price was significantly better than three other Angi supplied bidders on the job. A+ work all the way around. "I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. They methodically installed the new 218 square foot fence in one day, making sure everything was done properly. When the job was done, one worker insisted on grabbing a tool and coming back an hour later to remove a very stubborn old fence post. This level of detail and craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fence has transformed our backyard and we couldn't be more happy!"

"I was a loyal customer of Hoffacker's for 30 years and had been very satisfied. Unfortunately, my latest experience with the Hoffacker's team was horrible and I won't use their services going forward. The technicians were great. But the pricing ($450 for 40 minutes of service in my home) seemed very high. When I called to request a clarification for the charge, the service manager was rude, disrespectful and did not follow up when he promised to do so. On my third call back to discuss the issue with him, he rudely told me that the company does not want me as a customer and would take me off their customer list. I have never experienced anything like this in any customer service encounter (on any front). Rude. Disrespectful. Horrible customer service. Especially to a loyal, 30 year customer. I won't be giving them business going forward. And would never recommend them to any of my friends."

He and his worker were professional, neat, fast and efficient. The job cost didn't change and he finished on time.
