Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. "From the initial visit to scope the work required, through the delivery of the quote, and the scheduling and performance of the work, this was arguably one of the smoothest, easiest major home repair projects I've had to get done. The estimator arrived exactly on time, which was important to me, because I live about two hours from the worksite, my son's house. He did a thorough inspection, then provided a detailed breakdown of the work required and the materials and costs involved. He also took the time to explain the advances in roofing systems since the existing roof was installed during construction of the home over thirty years ago. The proposal was delivered the next day, with an additional, lower cost option, which included an explanation of the sources of the cost reductions. In fact, I think the area around the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I was truly amazed that the only evidence of their having been at the house was the beautiful new roof.
