(This was facilitated by their current call being in our area.) We were very satisfied with the work. There was a $100 emergency fee but we expected that and really could not let the work wait until Monday."

"I purchased a roof inspection and tune-up theough Angie’s list. I was contacted quickly to set up the appointment and provided a reminder prior thereto. The technician was Mike G. who called about 10 minutes before arrival. He explained what he would do, then proceeded to inspect the attic and roof, making some repairs to the roof as necessay. When completed, we sat down to review pictures and discuss options. Mike G. explained things clearly but did not pressure us to do anything at this time. When the time comes to repair or replace the roof, we will definitely contact American Home Contractors."

He replaced our old rusty mailbox with both a new mailbox and wood post. Jimmy even took the metal numbers from our old mailbox, painted them, and placed them on the other side of our wood post at no charge. "We have used Mr. Rorer's company for a few years and have been very satisfied with his work. In the past he has repaired our roof,replaced the gutter guards, installed drainage pipes around the exterior of our house and pressure-washed the house. Called him for an estimate on renovation of our powder room. He explained what labor was included in the price as well as the amount of time to complete the job. He arrived to start the job on time. He put on protective shoe covering when he entered our house and he proceeded directly to the powder room and immediately got to work. Installation of the items was completed in a reasonable time. Overall he was very conscientious, dependable and charged a reasonable price. We always trust him to give us the best service."
