"Not a bad company. I think they gave us a fair price, and the quality of the materials and labor were up to standards. But they left out yard a mess and it took WAY to long for them to complete the job. I don't know what their normal works hours are, but it varied from day to day; some days they were only there for a few hours which made the process a slow one. They did a great job though at doing exactly what I had asked for. I asked them to put the horse wire for the fence in the ground a few inches because other wise our dogs will dig out, so they had to dig a trench to do this; it rained a little during this process, so the dirt that needed to go back in the trench turned into mud. They were having a hard time getting it in the trench, the said they would come back when it was dry to push in the dirt, I did pay them the same day they said that, and we have not seen or heard from them since, which i kind of expected. Overall the quality was good, but the time length was not. As long as you are not on a strict dead-line, i would suggest them. <br />"

"The owner was very knowledgable with his product.  He was extremely easy to work with as he explained everything in detail when he gave the estimate and did the install.  Everything was exactly as promised.  He was a real dog lover and did a great job with our dogs."

"The technician was on time and professional. He climbed up on the roof and examined it. He reported that there was no damages, but a couple of shingles needed repair. He repaired the loose shingles for no charge This service gave me great confidence in the firm. I would use them in the future."

"Greg Rentschler and team were great. He came out quickly to quote our job. The work Timberseal did was fantastic. They power washed all our exterior decks and siding on our house. Then they stained and sealed all our decks and dock. Finished product is wonderful. Only minor complaint was that the work was quoted to be done in mid September (on August 2nd) and the work was not completed until the last week of October. BUT, it was done in an area of Indiana where its impossible to find contractors to do work let alone good quality work. Thanks Timberseal!"

"We were having difficulty finding a company to repair our roof after the hail storm earlier this year, so we looked closer to home and fortunately found Authentic Restoration (AR). From the start it was apparent that the priority with AR is a top-notch job and customer satisfaction rather than a quick sale. We had our roof replaced while we were on vacation and came home to a house that looked better than before the storm. In addition to state of the art roof shingles, AR used high quality, robust attic fan vents and plumbing vent pipe collars. Mark Atarian the Project Manager was awesome - easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional - definitely felt like he was our advocate. "they came and walked the yard with me and measured. then I was given a written quote and decided that even though they were slightly more money than the other companies I had spoken with to go with them, they were the only company willing to put the gates in the way I wanted them done. They came on a Thursday and set all the posts and explained because the ground was so wet that they would not complete the fence until Monday so the concrete had time to set. They even put a temp fence up for my dogs. I left for work on Monday morning and came back to the fence completed and the area cleaned. <br />"

"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"

"Respectable Restoration did an excellent job, and I plan to hire them when I need work done in the future. Eric was helpful, patiently and straightforwardly explaining his plan for completing the work. He took numerous pictures of my roof, so I could see the problems for myself without climbing a ladder.  His quote was not the cheapest, but he did knock $300 off his original bid reducing the difference between his quote and the next cheapest by more than half. <br /> He started the work promptly, a little more than a week from when I gave him the go-ahead. His workers were courteous and efficient. One thing I particularly appreciated was the extensive work he did restoring my lawn. His quote did NOT specify lawn repair after the damage from trenching, but he did it anyway. I've had plumbers dig up my lawn and leave a horrible mess for me to clean up, so I was particularly appreciative of all his work regrading and reseeding. Similarly, they did far more work on the roof than was quoted but didn't charge me anything extra. They also connected one downspout to the drainage system and ran leafguard on a section of gutter that was not included in the original quote, also at no extra charge. In fact, I was so pleased with all the extra work Eric did that I paid him $3400 on a $3300 contract, even though he didn't request any extra money. Respectable Restoration is an outstanding company--I can't recommend them highly enough. <br />"

"It went great. Carlos was able to come give me an estimate the same day I called; they were able to do the work one week later. The crew of five arrived mid-afternoon on a very hot July day and was finished in about 4 hours. I was not home when they arrived, but got there about 2 hours later. Most of the work was finished by then, except for trimming the crab tree and doing the driveway work. The newly edged flower beds looked wonderful with fresh mulch. An ivory halo dogwood shrub was planted in place of the Rose of Sharon and a few additional coral bells were planted to supplement some I already had. It was a lot of hard work, especially hauling away all the branches trimmed from the two large bushes and the crab tree, but they did a beautiful job and cleaned up the yard afterward. Carlos was able to re-use the original railroad ties and had them realigned and spiked in place in much less time than I thought the job would take. They also sprayed the weeds in the gravel driveway. The yard looks much nicer now."
