Home Depot sells the same brand, but only in very short (like 3-4 ft.) lengths for DIYers. That would be a huge pain to install, moving a ladder every few feet! The contractors can get them in much longer lengths and the install goes much faster. A high quality job done quickly! They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves.
