"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

They even dusted all our countertops and furniture when they were done with the job. VERY easy to work with and extremely reasonable. The crew demonstrated that they were experienced doing hardwood refinishing and they included moving all our furniture both out of the areas to be redone and moved it all back. Other companies wanted me to find my own movers to separtly move the furniture and people in their 70s aren't capable of doing this."
