Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. "I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."
