It was during a weekend of heavy downfall and my wife discovered a small leak in our upstairs bedroom moments before leaving for the weekend. We called four roofing companies, all giving us at least 4 or 5 days wait time until they could help us. My call to James was completely different. He understood the amount of rain we were getting and came over right away to take a look at our roof. Even though we were not home, James found the cause for the leak, repaired it, and on his way down from the roof, decided to clear out my gutters. "Todd installed three new interior/exterior doors for us. Two of which are steel and fire rated, and the third is a larger, entryway door, with sidelights. All of the doors look beautiful, they open and close perfectly, and the air leaking we had with our old doors, is gone! Thank you, Todd! He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it.
