I had given them my move-out checklist before they started and told them to let me know if there was anything they could not do. They never voiced any concerns. They did not pull out the fridge or oven and clean behind them, even though I specifically asked before they left if they had done so and they said yes. They did not clean the cabinet underneath my kitchen sink and one of my bathroom sinks. They cleaned my tub but did not scrub the shower tile.
