We agreed on the price, with half paid before and half after completion. The start date was changed 3 times and it cost me a few day's off work for nothing. Once the start day arrived, the 9am start time came and went. After 2 more phone calls to Alex, the 2 man crew arrived. (Alex made up an excuse that they bought the "wrong concrete". The guys worked diligently and got half the job done in one day and removed the old fence. From that point on, I dealt with the workers, not Alex. They came back the next day, finished the job, cleaned up and that was it. Good work, good workers, good materials, but bad management."
