He came out asap, we walked the roof and I received a detailed estimate two days later. He answered all my questions via phone and email promptly. He was very congenial and we had an immediate personal connection. Rob, Jeff and their crew arrived at 8 a.m., replaced all questionable wood and reshingled. They also installed some additional, necessary down spouts. All debris was cleaned up and they were finished by 2 p.m. All replacement materials were quality as specified in the original estimate.
