When they got here they tried to put the trip charge on the bill and it was confusing there. They had to make a few calls to get that taken off. I think that was the only thing. Other than that the guys were pretty cool. I feel like they worked hard. They finished in a reasonable amount of time. That was the only issue that stops me from giving them an "A"."
