We talked about 2 different jobs and he gave us a bid for both of them. One we thought was too expensive and so we decided just to go with the other one. The next time he came, he brought the materials and he brought a worker with him and they installed the shelves. I thought they were very accommodating. He made some suggestions as how we could improve the look of what we had originally come up with which we thought was very helpful. I thought he was very professional and very eager to please. We thought we had one problem but we contacted him. He offered right away to come out and correct it at no charge but we were able to resolve the issue on our own. "The window replacement was very challenging - rotten surfaces, on the 2nd story, and extensive work. Jorge worked tirelessly for 8 hours the 1st day to install the window properly. Redid a portion - as he has excellent standards of service and quality. He returned the 2nd day to complete the exterior work. The quality is excellent - he was timely and professional - was extremely reasonable. We would highly recommend Handyman Services for any home repair needed."

"We hired RL Development for several projects as we were fixing up our home to sell. They came out quickly to give a quote and started working the very next week. Projects included repairing gouges and cracks in upstairs walls, painting, finishing a basement room, and powerwashing & painting a deck. Finishing the basement room was tricky, because the project had been started previously by someone else and not finished. Nevertheless, Matt and his crew did a fantastic job. That part of the project included hanging drywall, mudding/taping/sanding, painting, installing baseboards and window trim, and carpet. Because the project had been partially started by someone else, there were quite a few surprises that Matt had to work around, troubleshoot, and fix. These issues caused the project to take longer than anticipated, but he was very patient with these surprises and continued working long hours until the project was completed. He did an excellent job and was very professional and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend them."
