"I researched basement waterproofing solutions and was considering doing it myself. Then I found Safe Basements and read the literature about their product/process. To me, it seemed better than other similar products. I was surprised that they cover my place -- 2 hours into Wisconsin, or 3 hours from Litchfield. Brad came out to inspect the problems in my basement -- horizontal cracking, bowing, and water intrusion. He was able to explain the causes of those problems as well as others that I hadn't noticed. We agreed to pay for anchors to stabilize one wall that was bowing, and install drain tile and a sump pump. I'll be honest, I didn't shop around. I have no idea what other companies are charging for the same services. I normally get 3 or 4 bids or other opinions. I felt comfortable with the amount of research that I'd done, the knowledge Brad seemed to have, and the information about the products that I decided to hire Safe Basements without talking to other companies. I don't regret that decision. The wall anchor/stabilization crew called me before leaving Litchfield. Their ETA was pretty close to the actual time of arrival. When they arrived, we discussed the work being done. They did the work. They cleaned up. They gave me information about the anchor system and what I needed to do to correct the bowing and cracks. Everything was done as expected. The drain tile/sump crew was stuck at a previous job. They called me the day before (Tuesday) my job was expected to start to let me know there would be a delay starting my job. He then called in the middle of the start day (Wednesday) to let me know, they wouldn't be to my house until the next day. I was expecting a call between 7 and 8 on Thursday to let me know they were leaving Litchfield. Instead, I got a call at about 7:15 to let me know they were 15 minutes from my house. When they arrived, we talked about the work to be done, they cocooned my stuff in plastic, and they went to work. I think they worked until about 7 that day. They returned on Friday at about 8:30, having stopped to dump my concrete and dirt and to pick up gravel and concrete. They worked until about 10:30pm on Friday. I appreciated that they finished on Friday even though it was later than I expected. They cleaned up everything thoroughly, and walked me through the details of the sump pump and battery backup systems. Even though they'd driven a long distance, worked two very long days, and it was very late Friday, I didn't feel they rushed through. The job was complete. I think they would have stayed later if I'd had anymore questions. Unfortunately, one of the workers left his very nice tape measure, and I have not been able to get it back to him."

The solution was to remove the wall anchor plates, replace them with wall braces, and install the egress window. Cody and his crew called 1 week ahead of time to verify install details and allowed me to ask questions on how I could prep the area for their work. They set the schedule to arrive at 9:00 AM on day 1 to perform the work, which they arrived on-time and promptly began work. The day they performed the work, unfortunately, happened to also be the hottest day of the year. Cody and his crew work without one single complaint, they worked through lunch without a break, remained professional and positive. Given the extent of the work that needed to be done, they needed to return the following day to complete the install of the window. Cody and his crew worked incredibly hard, were professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. I would not hesitate to hire Complete Basement Systems again for any future work we would need to be done in our basement and would highly recommend them to anyone considering basement improvements/repairs/remodels."

"I had called Wencl Plumbing on Friday August 17, 2012 to come unclog my very clogged kitchen drain. we had tried everything we could think of to fix ourselves but nothing worked.  They were unable to come on Friday because they were booked up. So they were here first thing Monday morning, I waited because they were the most reasonably priced. He used a power snake and had my drain unclogged with in 10 minutes. He checked all my other drains to make sure they were working and after all was ok with them he left . total time here approximately 25 minutes. They did a good job were in and out very quickly. The thing that impressed me the most was the price. They charged me 75.00 to come out and 2 others were going to charge me 100.00 just to come out."

"It went very well. I contacted Klimek Bros and told them we were frequently getting hard water and rust stains and may need a new system as mine is over 20 years old. Klimek Bros sent a water technician out and he tested the water for iron and hardness (we have well water) and explained how the resin in the softeners break down over the years and that is why it is failing. he explained that I could set the softener to cycle more often and it would likely mitigate the problem somewhat, but that I would still need a new system in the near future. He also explain that the new systems only regenerate when needed which will be a savings in salt as well as work hauling bags. He was very professional and said he would recomend a system and send a quote. In a few days, I had a quote. I decided to go with this system and within a few days, they came to install it. It took them maybe a half hour and they were done. They cleaned up and took my old system away for disposal. They went over the new system with me and explained the feature of the system I selected and how they are of benifit to me. It has been 6 months and the system has been work excellent. I am going through way less salt and could not be happier. All in all, a great experience."

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."
