"It was wonderful working with Lake Shore Environmental Solutions, Inc. to have the asbestos removed.  It had become very friable and was a serious hazard, made even more of an issue now that I was using the area as a work shop.  Scott the owner came to view the area and develop a cost immediately following my call and gave me a very thorough explanation of all the work to be performed.  It was nice to understand what would be done and how thorough (and safe) the process was.  Scott and his team arrived right on time as planned and got to work immediately.  They finished up with air testing the next day and I was amazed at how great everything looked.  The remediated pipes were clean, in fact, the whole space was cleaner than when they arrived.  The testing showed that they had done a great job and my basement was now safe for use.
