The installation was going great until we realized the good side of the fence was going to be on my neighbor’s side (which was after the framing), they immediately changed it to the correct side, even though the person I originally spoke to had put the order in wrong, these guys changed it for me without hesitation. When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! Jesus considered our preferences and knew about proper excavating, laying gravel and sand, tamping down the base and how to slope the patio for appropriate run-off.
