Again, he did this without even a visit or wanting a payment, just to be kind. Even after that, he texted randomly a few days later to make sure we still had hot water. He also knew what the other 3 plumbers did not and helped us with our issue. When we had to replace the water heater a month later, he was incredibly professional, on time, covid safe, and made sure we were up-to-speed. He even further fixed other small issues without charge.
