"Anthony, my Service Technician, was very polite, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He identified and addressed the problem with my dryer quickly, and affordably. I highly recommend Anthony and his company for any appliance repair or service need."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Great! Mr. Parham arrived on time and diagnosed the issue immediately (clogged drain line and dirty condenser coil.) He performed the necessary repairs and the air conditioning was blowing cold in short order. I was pleased with price, which was less what I've paid for similar services with big name repair companies. I highly recommend AP Appliance Techs and will use again in the future."

"I was very pleased with this company… Nate answered the call within the same day and my service was complete. He was kind and straightforward with what was going on with my refrigerator. He gave me the option to fix it right then and the job was done in an hour or so… This was the smoothest repair I’ve had in a long time. I would work with this company again."
