"Originally scheduled for a Tuesday, Bill gave me plenty of notice that the weather was looking bad for days (it was) and that he could get to my project on Saturday morning. So glad he did. He showed up on time, did the work requested and then some, making the exterior of my house (that I need to sell pretty soon) look like it did 20 years ago when it was built. He also washed my driveway and I'm pretty sure it hasn't looked this clean except maybe the day it was poured. I was actually stunned when I walked out my front door. "They were very late for the appointment and failed to tell me about a clogged downspout. Because of this the two small trees near the downspout are dying. After they left the chemicals drained onto the trees without my knowledge. If they had brought it to my attention that day, i could have continuously watered the trees, but they didn't. These trees are slow growing and had years of growth. Now they are brown and dying. I'm very unhappy."
