"Ben came out an evaluated the roof ridges. They had deteriorated to the point they could not be repaired. He provided pictures and an estimate. He kept us notified when he would be here to complete the repair. He was punctual professional and polite. No up selling, Evaluated the roof and provided the information on it's condition. There are a lot of questionable roofers in the area. We are thankful we could find someone that does what they promise. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!"

When they ran a little behind the day of appointment, Catherine called well in advance to let me know that they would be 15 mins late. How great is that! Upon inspection of the site, they noticed some underlying problem that should be addressed at some point. I was not financially able to address at this point in time, and rather than pressure me into it as many companies do, they went ahead and did just what I needed for now which was primarily cosmetic. Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small."
