Evidently a toilet seat is not included and when I asked for a total price over the phone I assumed it was. My mistake. Who buys a new toilet without a new seat? Then the guy on the phone said he told me that I would have to pay more, essentially accusing me of lying to the technician. I could overhear the conversation. They wound up selling me a seat at ‘cost’. I suppose I should be grateful. Anyhow, $800 seems a bit high for $400 worth of materials and an hour of labor - but that’s on me. Don’t plan to use again."
