Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. He talked a great deal about himself ,family and his roofing experience so we hired him. I was a little disappointed we never received the formal typed contract. He related stories his assets were frozen and he brought another hand written paper? The roof appears to be fine so far and the flashing is holding up.
