The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. "They were contracted to replace our shutters and paint the exterior of our home. It took them 3 months just to paint the exterior! There were messes made of our yard and they took down two trees. Our drive was pavement was cracked in multiple places. They constantly left our hose water on and broke our front water faucet. He took 1/2 the cost (0ver &5000) to order the shutters but then he never ordered them or refunded our money. Yes the job was eventually finished (sans shutters) but it was a very tedious and disruptive process."
