"I am so happy with their service. I feel like they are so careful and considerate to treat our home and lawn very special. All the technicians that have come to treat our lawn have been kind and knowledgeable. Our lawn looks beautiful!!"

"Not all the employees treat the entire lawn..."

"Mike's work on my lawn edges resulted in absolute beauty. His performance was truly amazing. Thanks Mike!"

"I had no issue with the quality of service or professionalism.  The only issue was reliability.  I think this company was overwhelmed with too many clients to be able to respond to everyone.  Never did a fall spraying despite calling and scheduling one.  In past would call and leave message for service and never get a call back.  Wouldn't use again.

"It was okay. They were difficult to schedule, and once I did, they were kind of unenthusiastic about doing the work because I think they though of it as more work as opposed to just a landscape survey. I could tell the owner was not particularly happy that I wasn't going to spend another $500 on getting some sort of landscape architecture plan. It wasn't fun but the work was fine. I don't think it was particularly good or bad. They just used a leaf blower and stuff. Then after I got a bill for $30 for taking and he never told me and I thought that was horrible. I haven't paid it because first of all, he never notified me that there was going to be a charge and I don't see why I should pay for them taking some leaves away when they could have just left them in my lawn and the garbage man would have taken them for free."

"rating based on pricing only. lawn fertilizing services still to be performed. i signed up for service in early april (i am in boston suburbs) and got a very good deal at $35 per fertilization visit or lime application visit and $50 per grub control. the competition offered at least $50 per visit for fertilization or lime, plus a lot, lot more for grub control. i got the discounted pricing by signing-up through servicemagic -- a supervisor called me directly and offered the price w/o lawn inspection and regardless of lawn size. i know a friend who got a quote directly from trugreen's website, but ended up getting a $50 price per visit."

"The crew was great and they did a beautiful job. They were careful of my plantings, and the fence is sound and straight. Leroy was flexible and willing to work with our particulars. He was accomodating and gave us extras. Personally, he can get a bit moody which it would be best if he could avoid.Because we had had a good working relationship."

"Mike did a great job on the installation and took care of repairing and reseeding the lawn. Overall, a good value for the money."

"The service was excellent and they did a very thorough job with our lawn. The only negative comment I have is that the price quoted at the consultation was was $225 and day of service the charge was $400....a significant increase in my opinion. But other than that first rate service and quality. I am so satisfied that I have hired them full time for my lawn maintenance."
