"NorthStar was right on time. They finished the job very quickly, but did not do a real good job. The office called to see if I was happy with the job and as long as they asked I told them that there was a rather large spot that was still quite dirty. The office scheduled a time to come back. When they were suppose to come back they never showed up. Finally a couple hours later they called to say that an emergency came up. It was rescheduled and once again the time was changed. Finally two weeks later they came back to finish the job. It appears to be clean now. They don't seem to be real dependable."

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

"They did work very hard, however, they did not do the job we expected. We wound up having to go back after them and redo all the wood floors as they left residue on all the floors. They forgot to clean the top of all the baseboards, they didn't use stainless steel cleaner on any of the appliances and had to be reminded to clean certain things that should've been automatic for a new home build. THey did clean the basement up very well, I wills say that, but we were not impressed with how they cleaned the rest of the house. I needed to reclean the til in both showers, just not the greatest. I guess I have high standards. You build a beautiful, quality home you want the new home owners to walk into a spotless clean home."
