"I contacted Dave from a referral in early April. He returned my call almost immediately. We set up an appointment for consultation. He was right on time. Dave presented his product like a true professional. I called Dave back about a week later, and he came out (on time again) to install a temporary loop because the ground was still frozen, and spent quality time to teach me the proccess to train my dog. On Sunday the 29th, Dave came to my property to do the final install. Again very prompt, and on time. Over this time frame I had called Dave on a few occasions with questions regarding the training. He almost always answered his phone even at odd hours, and on weekends. If he didn't answer I got a call back almost immediately. Dave was very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services."

This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"We had three trees removed from our property. Two, 60ft cedar trees were 20 feet from the house, and one large birch that was on located a hillside surrounded by mature pines and cedars. The crew from Dave's Tree Service arrived promptly, confirmed the trees to be removed, and safely navigated the equipment and removal of limbs near the house and power lines. They also asked what size limbs to leave behind that we would use for firewood, along with logs cut to firewood length. They were professional and courteous, and even asked if we wanted help stacking the cut logs for drying. They raked up the brush and wood chips, leaving the wooded area cleaner than when they arrived. Considering the challenge of removing the trees close to the house and the multiple equipment set-ups required to do so safely, the price was very reasonable."

"I contacted Mr McCallister after finding him on Home Advisor. I explained that my deck needed to be sealed so that the wood would not get destroyed during Hot and cold months. He came to my home and measured the deck. he told me that with material it would cost me about $700.00. Three days later at 8 AM as we had scheduled Mr McCallister arrived and began power washing my  Deck. He gave the Deck two days to completely dry. On the Fourth day of the Job Mr McCallister arrived and began sealing my Deck. I have had a great experience with Mr McCallister as he was very professional and Scheduled the job around my schedule. I am going to have Mr McCallister come back and put an addition on to my home as this is one of the services he offers."

"Excellent electrical work--really knew what he was doing. Jim also replaced/repaired some drywall for both areas where the electrical work was done and was able to match the existing wall texture better than I thought anyone would be able to do. Jim was very knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious about the jobs. Great job would definitely call Hand R Services again. A big plus is they pre-screen their contractors taking some of the risk off the homeowner"

"After receiving estimates from three local contractors, we decided to go with AMB. They were not the cheapest quote, but I liked the personal touch that Charlie, one of their job managers, was able to provide. He came to write up the estimate at night, when I could be present to talk to him. The other two estimates I received were done at the contractor's convenience, and were left in my front door.  <br /> The work started when they said it would and they were done with the roofing within 1.5 days, and the gutters came a few days later. At one point of the job, the crew had run into rotted sheeting caused by improper insulation installation, and Charlie called me at work to come take a look at the problem before they proceeded to fix it. I really appreciated this, since I was actually able to see the problem that required repair,  rather than just taking their word for it and forking over an additional $1k when the job was over for a problem I never got to see.  <br /> The crew cleaned up around the house very well - I still find small bits of shingle while landscaping, but this is probably unavoidable with any roofing job. The gutter install went smoothly, and I am very happy with my new oversized downspouts (no more cleaning out clogs).  <br /> Overall, I am very happy with the work AMB did on our house, and would hire them in the future for any other renovations that come up. <br />"
