"From the time if the initial estimate to the installation, everything went smoothly. I decided to change to a metal roof because I was renovating the room that has a low slope rubber roof and have had several leaks. I was not about to add insulation and a new ceiling and have to deal with a potential for leaks. Thus, I felt a metal roof would be the best option. Because I only have 2 X6 with no attic  I decided to add foam board insulation to the roof deck and Dave gave me a fair price. I'm glad I added the foam board to deck and it gives me extra pitch too. Dave upgraded the ice and snow membrane at no extra charge. The workers were great and they stayed late to ensure that the roof was sealed before they left because there was a chance of showers. Additionally, they sealed all of my roof penetrations on the rest of my house and  fixed some shingles had a previous leak without me asking at no charge! Wow what service.

"The work was done on a very old home in which the roof had been leaking for quite some time. The ceiling on the inside had started to cave in and was quite a mess.  The longevity of the problem had also caused 3 beams in the roof to rot.  After an initial inspection an estimate was given but upon starting work the depth of the problem became apparent and a new quote was given.  Two of the beams evidently was rotten all the way through.  As I did not live in the area, David sent me pictures of the damage and a new price was agreed upon.  The work went smoothly and I received pictures each step of the way.  David caught the fact that insulation on that area of the house was missing and added it.  No money exchanged hands until there was a walk through of the work done both inside and out.  David was very punctual and showed up as stated. Overall all went smoothly and I believe the price to be fair for the work done.
