"

Al was there on time and promptly went about getting things moved and packed.  He had staff that was professional and hard working.  Everyone was friendly, demonstrated excellent customer service, and kept a constant with moving things quickly and efficient.  They set up everything in my new house.  Oh, before I forget, I probably have the heaviest furniture in the whole world.  Al and team moved and not one piece was scratched or damaged.  Best part, Al and team returned the next day to remove my garbage and junk.  GREAT JOB!!

"NorthStar was right on time. They finished the job very quickly, but did not do a real good job. The office called to see if I was happy with the job and as long as they asked I told them that there was a rather large spot that was still quite dirty. The office scheduled a time to come back. When they were suppose to come back they never showed up. Finally a couple hours later they called to say that an emergency came up. It was rescheduled and once again the time was changed. Finally two weeks later they came back to finish the job. It appears to be clean now. They don't seem to be real dependable."

"Timely and professional. They made the move so easy. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and use again!"

"A group of 3 came today to do an original clean. Very thorough! House looks and smells wonderful! I have one person coming every other week now."

"Good quality, friendly, and timely work."

"Upkept a very professional manner and paid attention to details. Wanted a upkeep on the apartment to keep everything clean and he was very professional and knowledgeable on specifics needed. Also was very fair on pricing while communication was right on point. Definitely will be return customer and a very respectful. Definitely easy to work with."

"He was very flexible with his schedule, the carpets and stainless steel appliances looked amazing, most other areas were adequately cleaned with the exception of the freezer and vegetable bin in the refrigerator. They went out of their way to get the steamer after I told him ours was available, but it went on the moving truck instead because I forgot to let my husband know the plan."
