Before, I had 3 flooring companies 2 concrete companies not want to do the work it required for my home to get the floor in because of a sloppy DIY someone else before us did. saying it was going to be an amazingly high price to get what I wanted. there were 6 inch step down in two different places that I wanted flush. I am so happy I found them on Angie’s list! Carlos who was very professional, came in and leveled it spectacularly. His team made all levels flush with each other and then stamped the concrete to look like a wooden floor. Although this is pre-stain color I already am so please. he listened to what I wanted and I am very happy with the end result I would hire again and do plan to to resurface my pool/driveway. "We had a wonderful experience with RS Builders. The owner Sukh told us we would be satisfied with the whole project and he came through. We had a BBQ/bar removed from our flagstone patio and new one built in another area of our back yard. We had design ideas and discussed them with Sukh and went forward on the rebuild. Along the way we made some changes and he coordinated the contractors with differences. Pablo was the best rebuilding bar base, adding stone to front, matching travertine, and replacing flagstone where bar used to be seamlessly and couldn't tell it was a redo. Claudio made template of granite top and checked sizes and details to make sure we were on the same page, and was done exactly as we wanted it. Sukh came by often or phoned to make sure all was going well, acted professionally, and kept testing and redoing electrical problem until it was done correctly and safely. I would definitely recommend them as they listened to our concerns and design, and we worked out all details and came out with a fantastic finished job."

"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. "Absolute concrete experts - highly recommended! After the owner, John, came to quote just the sidewalk path to my garage, I was so impressed by his years of knowledge (and AZ contractor's license) that I decided to have his company also replace all of my old, poorly-poured concrete on my patio and other side of my house done by the previous homeowner. John emailed me a quote within a week and then they started soon after. It was a meticulous process to cut the old stuff, haul away, and plan all the new pouring but there was no delay whatsoever. They even had to lift my patio to dig out all of the old concrete underneath the posts and John re-set the posts with even better brackets that are set into the concrete, versus the prior ones that just sat on top. Every day of work John and his workers were on time and cleaned up well, neatly leaving behind just a few items that were needed for the next day. My patio, both sides of the house, and path to my garage now perfectly run water away from my home's foundation. Not like AZ gets much rain but I am super excited to paint my house now knowing that there will no longer be damage to my foundation from bad concrete. Beautiful brush texture and seamless color too.
