In talking to the technician and looking at the roof, I learned that my gutters were most likely too small for the roof surface area and some of the gutters on the second story were definitely off kilter. Dillon gave me an estimate for gutter replacement that seemed reasonable on site and suggested I opt for the black gutters which look really cool. I would never have thought of that color on my own.
