The only reason to give a 4.5 in customer service is because I wish the crew would have said a couple of times, "are you sure this is what you want?" Because after it was done, there are a few changes I wished we had asked for that are apparent after the fact, but would have meant extra time and money. I know that would have slowed the job and it isn't their fault, and we can make the changes after the fact. But still, to be a 10 star they could have used their expertise and brought the small issues to our attention."

This included replacing damaged drywall, repairing a sagging ceiling that was water damaged, and spraying the "Popcorn" plaster on the ceiling. Also, the entire downstairs was subsequently painted. I was very satisfied with the drywall repair, I was very satisfied with the repair of the sagging ceiling, and the re-spraying of the popcorn plaster on the ceiling was excellent. The subsequent painting was professional. Two coats were applied everywhere, and the PPG brand of paint was of excellent quality.
