The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Installation was equally as easy. They came and did the install over two days, replaced some rotted wood, and we were done. No fuss. Great company. Will use for other projects."
