The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. They laid down wood under the dumpster not to damage my driveway which is sometimes forgotten by other contractors. The team completed the strip and new installation in the time estimated. "On Top Roofing is Top of the Line Roofer. Professional delivery with solid quality! Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"Ranch Roofing replaced our roof, repointed and reflashed the chimney, and replaced two skylights about 10 years ago. Bob and his team did a fabulous job! However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. Roy was super responsive insofar as not only did I get a callback within 24 hours, but the problem was taken care of within a week! This team of guys is amazing, for they do excellent work and then they stand behind it. And they are really pleasant to deal with, too. "Joe Hennelly and his excellent crew did a fantastic job on our roof replacement, from start to finish. First of all, communication with Joe was great, from the initial phone call to the day of the job and throughout the job. The crew knows exactly what it's doing and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They took great care to protect our home and yard from debris as they stripped the roof. Perhaps most impressive to me was their cleanup: after they were gone, I looked long and hard around the property for any debris they might have missed, and found none! Honestly, there was no evidence in my yard that a roofing job was done at all -- except that the new roof looked great. They truly left things better than they found them.
