"Awesome! HIGHLY recommend! Rick came to my home for an estimate. He arrived promptly and he gave me a lot of good information which helped me make a decision. He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. I think one hallmark of an outstanding company is not only how well they do the work but also how well they respond to a problem. "It's like a family business-- I've never had anyone that provided such good services. I had leaks coming into my bedroom from the attack due to bad winds blowing off shingles. Even though they were pretty busy business wise, they were able to sneak me in and get the job done before there was more bad weather. They kept in fantastic communication and even sent me cookies! I feel completely comfortable asking questions and speaking with their crew. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and it looked better than when they started! Since my husband and I can't get to the roof, the crew took pictures of the job when it was finished and transferred them to my phone so we could be confident that they did what they said they would. I let them put out one of their signs in my yard for a month, even though I'd leave it out longer if they wanted. Spectacular service!"

Although it was very cold with ice on the ground, he worked efficiently to repair the siding and downspout. It's been about 5 weeks since the repair and have had no issues. I appreciate the professionalism and will definitely call him in the future for other home repair / maintenance needs."

"Everything went according to plan.  He showed up when he said he would but with only two workers.  It turned out that was all he needed.  They did an excellent job and he added an accent that turned out to be very attractive.  When one of his workers accidently broke a piece of heavy plate glass used in a skylight he replaced it at his own cost.  They finished on time, in budget, and did a very good job.  I highly recommend Mr. Marchel's roofing services.
