Presell guy Austin O'Malley was very professional, answered all my questions and helped me compare apples/apples on three proposals. Paul's crew was on time, did first class work, spared our extensive landscaping and finished the job in two days. Price quoted was price charged and paid. I don't expect to need these replaced but I would use PGG for other roofing or repair work. I could not be happier with the job they did."

"Wonderful! The work was completed in June of 2021. John Oros came for the initial appraisal. We ended up paying a little less than $11,000 for the job. I cannot say enough good things about John and Berg. Above all he was completely honest and forthright. He actually talked us out of replacing some of our other windows saying that it was a waste of money and that the problem was not the windows, but was actually due to issues in the attic. He could have easily said that these windows needed to be replaced and we would have believed him. I really appreciate his honesty. In terms of the work itself, Berg did a wonderful job. The seams were all perfectly caulked. The windows and door were perfectly aligned, and the casing of the garage door frames was perfect. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
