There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."

After months of no responses Marvin made good on his promises and returned my furniture with beautifuly done craftsmanship . He is a skilled artist and his work is amazing. Unfortunately he didn’t have the support of associates to communicate to his clients what was going on and how they might retrieve the furniture rather then think they were sol.
