Day two: Owner called and told me name and time that his bathroom tile worker would arrive. Tile guy was friendly, courteous, and invited my suggestions on the pattern layout of the tile. He installed new toilet and purchased an additional wax ring needed. He left floor polished & area clean. Day three: Owner brought over his electrician. He was friendly, explained his work as he completed. He too asked my opinion on placement of lights before install. I had purchased wrong dimmer switch & light bulbs. He purchased correct items and refused my offer to pay for them. He said, "I've already been paid." He checked wiring in adjoining rooms before he left. Owner returned to inspect all phases of work done. He was attentive to details and appeared driven to inspire quality work only(!) from his team."
