He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail."

I was able to view the different color and style options between Owens and Certainteed asphalt shingles. Selected my color and shingle. I did my own research and went with the Certainteed Landmark in Resawn Shake color. They showed up at 7:30 AM and proceeded to wrap my house in a Gray Fabric Tarp to protect it from Falling Shingle , Nail and Plywood Removal Debris. Antonio placed copper flashing around my chimney and replaced my vinyl siding back in place along with recaulking my chimney flue cap to protect against rain and water damage. No hidden cost at the end of the job.
