"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. I will be hiring OSSA to do some work in my own home, as I look to make necessary improvements in the future. I've told everyone I know how how wonderful they are. 6 out of 5 stars!"

"I am giving All Renovations 5 stars for the basement renovation in large part because of Adrian’s excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our job was pretty extensive. It included moving support columns, demo and rebuild exterior stairway, adding a full bath, extending the finished/framed portion of the basement, moving the circuit-breaker panel, and re-doing our half-bath. The job took 6 months, which was about twice as long as we expected. Omar was always very responsive and provided good feedback. Adrian is very good at explaining things and soliciting your input when options/alternatives exist. He definitely does not take short-cuts if quality would suffer. He is also very considerate/careful inside your home and cleans-up after himself. Our $102k project ballooned to $125k, mostly due to nice to have add-ons and unforeseen issues. But there were several items I feel should have been caught at the contract onset. E.g. the need for a floor drain ($900), considering that we were getting rid of the utility sink basin. There was also an extra $4k to replace the drywall in the half bath since the existing paint was too textured (sponge) to paint over. But we were very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend All Renovations."

From initial contact through all stages of work and right on through the completion of the project, their service was incredible and exactly as promised. They communicated constantly about the project and the very few concerns we had were addressed quickly and efficiently. We can’t recommend HIVEX strongly enough! "Overall, I would say I'm 80 percent satisfied with the work performed by US Granite Marble Inc. It appears that they order one slab for my kitchen job, but it was not enough. One kitchen cabinet was moved to compensate for one countertop not being long enough. As a result, it exposed a little more than a half inch of sheet rock that had never been painted and a gap in my floor tile that had originally been covered with the bottom cabinet molding. Upon completion, they moved my refrigerator over to cover this imperfection. I was asked whether they could bring the large slabs through my garage instead of the front door. I have a pantry connected to my garage...so there is a pantry door and a garage door. Working in my office I noticed a large fly come into the room and when I went to the kitchen they had both the garage door and pantry door open letting in not only bugs but heat from outside on a high humidity day. I closed the pantry door and as long as I was in the kitchen they would close the door behind themselves. After they left for the day, I noticed that my air condition was not cutting off as usual. Checking the thermostat, I realized that they had dropped the temperature in my house to compensate for them leaving both doors open. The next day the owner stopped by to view and address my concerns. He tried to make what appeared to be excuses for the movement of my cabinet. He stated "I'm noy saying they moved the cabinet, but if they did, I'll find out why. Now the owner is the one who measured my kitchen project and if he had noticed and/or seen the gap I believe he would have noted it or brought it to my attention that his company would not be liable for this discrepancy. It's been a week, and the owner has not followed up with me to resolve this issue."

"My Kitchen and bath had exceeded my expectations with regards to quality, price , and timeliness of my kitchen project . The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway . I recommend this company to anyone who is renovating !"

"From initial design meeting to project completion Thomas Custom Builders kept promises, delivered outstanding work on time and on budget and exceeded our expectations in every way. Their on site team did everything they could to keep the work place clean and tidy so as disrupt our home life as little as possible. "I found H&C via Yelp, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded to my initial phone call. I had originally intended to get several quotes, but having been in the construction industry I am good with pricing, and their initial quote came in exactly where I thought it should be for quality work at a good price. From my initial phone call to a finished basement office and guest bedroom, the entire process took only 4-5 weeks. A very professional project manager was assigned to me and provided an easy single point of contact for the whole process. H&C uses buildertrend website which kept me informed and also made very clear when something I asked for could incur additional expense. There were no hidden fees/expenses or scope creep, which I know can be a big problem. All additional services were clearly quoted and submitted for approval before implementing. The workers that came every day were clean, professional and friendly and I felt comfortable with them being in my home. At the end of the project, everything looks great and is just as I asked it to be. I will definitely recommend H&C to my friends and will be sure to use them on a future project."

"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"
