"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. "Keith Roofing is great! Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to roofing problems. They specialize in old homes in the Capitol Hill/Georgetown area. After renovating our home a couple years back we had new windows installed in the brick frame. Recently we've had mold accumulate above a doorway on top of which there is a green roof and a window. While we thought the problem was from faulty caulking where the green roof sits, the rep from Keith Roofing instantly pointed out that it was quite common for windows in these old houses to leak! He took it upon himself to caulk both the green roof and the window FOR FREE as a favor. We are sure to be using Keith Roofing in the future! She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day.
