"I contacted many fence companies to replace a section of chain link fence and replace a single gate with a double gate. Responses included 1) they don't do chain link fence any longer, 2) the job was too small to bother with, or 3) they simply didn't return my phone call. However, North Star responded positively, and I could tell after talking with Jeff that customer service is a priority for them. The entire process went extremely well, and we are very pleased with the results. John, the owner, was out within days to prepare a proposal. He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional, and a pleasure to work with. He also came back out to set the posts, a critical aspect of the job. "A&M in-Ground Fence was referred to us from friends who spoke very highly of Curt and the products they received. We decided to go with A&M and couldn't be more impressed and appreciative for all that we got. The install went great and the communication and follow-up from Curt has always been A+. We also ran into a bad collar later on (under warranty) and the exceptional service from Curt continued where he helped us trouble shoot (first over the phone) and when that didn't work, he came to our house and fixed the issue. Don't think twice about going elsewhere."

"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. The end result is a stunning transformation of our house that only disappoints us that we didn’t do this sooner! Thank you CHI and especially Ray and his team!"

"I'm glad I waited 10 years to write this review, as now the fence they installed has failed. At first it looked great, but I wish I had asked more questions and watched what they were doing at the time. The cedar posts were not treated in any way and they did not pour concrete footings for every post. They also used nails instead of screws on the panels and now nails are sticking out. When I called him recently to come back, I was disappointed that it was out of warranty. Our previous fence lasted 31 years! He gave me an estimate to fix the fence, then I called other companies for additional estimates and found out that they will not fix a fence they didn't install. So, I emailed Security Fence again to hire, but he never got back to me. Do not hire them unless you make sure they use treated posts, use screws instead of nails and make sure/watch them pour footings for every post. Now I have to either find handymen to fix my fence, or put up a new fence. If I put in a new one, I will choose vinyl this time. If Security Fence makes this right, I will update this review."
