The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I was concerned that they may not handle a large amount of rain, but we had a torrential downpour shortly after and they worked great! I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. "This company is very easy to work with. Our first interaction was with Tyler, the consultant, who brought samples to our meeting. He described the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was knowledgeable about best practices about roof installation, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He submitted 3 proposals for different options within a week. After our selection and down payment, Edgar, the project manager contacted us and told us when the project would start. The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site. If they took breaks due to the extreme heat (which we support - the weather was close to 100 degrees all week), they would stay later to make up for the downtime. Well done, eRoof!"

"Raymond met with the insurance guy three days, (Sunday morning), after a hail storm did a number on our neighborhood. He negotiated with the adjuster for the better materials and replacement metals. Raymond educated the claims guy on state/local codes required that the adjuster was unaware of, but agreed to include. He contacted a city inspector immediately; acquired the permit. <br /> On Tuesday, two days later, our roof was replaced. Cleaned up great. Of the hundreds of damaged roofs in the area, none were completed with such expedition. <br /> Raymond has been patient in receiving payments as my insurance company dragged its feet on issuing all the checks. One got lost in the mail, and he is still waiting for the final payment a month later without complaint. <br /> The work was done professionally, sent people out a couple more times for minor touch ups, threw in a new roof water heater vent at no charge that insurance wouldn't cover. <br /> I can't say enough positive things about Mr. Strantz and his company - will definitely contact TRS again for any future home improvements. <br /> <br /> It is with ease, I give this top recommendation. <br />"

"Premiere Exteriors was recommended by a neighbor who was in a similar situation to us with the same insurer and (likely) similar shingle damage due to a hail event in August of 2019. Carey (co-owner) Responded quickly to out initial call and came out to look at the roof. He is super friendly and answered all of our questions. We started a claim with our insurer that day. MaryBeth (other co-owner) is just the kindest, most smiling, pleasant, helper, possibly in all of the roofing businesses in MN. Even when they were swamped with work she kept us informed and current with the status, next steps and rescheduling our roof replacement start date (weather related). Clay, the production manager knows his craft, is a skilled tradesperson himself and really helped inform us of how our roofing system works and why the various components work together. Clay oversaw our projects’ logistics and the roofing crew to help ensure details were not missed and the level of work performed would meet our expectations and it did. The roof looks great, the roofing crew did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves and Clay did a completely separate clean-up using a rilling magnet to “find” many of the roofing nails still in the lawn (we have to kids and a dog that are always in the yard, so this was VERY appreciated). We are satisfied with our experience with Premiere Exteriors and would recommend them ESPECIALLY compared to some quite unpleasant stories we’ve read and heard about other roofing companies and their teams/employees."
