"Called to get a quote, came out the next day and quoted $3600 to do job. Called the next day and stated that he miscalculated and it was really going to be $5500. It was annoying and seemed unprofessional that he would go back on what was originally quoted. However, they came highly recommended for quality of work by several friends and coworkers so we went for them. Due to them being so busy already it was to a month before they were able to start work on our fence and it took about a week to finish. Once it was finished it looked nice. Also, it must we well made as we live by a creek that flooded a few months later and the fence on the lower part of our property withstood the current of the waters and we have had several days of high (50 mph gust and up) winds and the fence has remained intact. <br />"

"Mike Lovewell performed the quote. He was quick, polite and professional. The quote was well within my budget and most important to me was that the job could be done right away. Every other quote was 6 weeks or over to get the job done. Lovewell quoted 2 weeks and was done in less than 2. The gentleman who did the install was friendly, worked non-stop and explained all that he was doing whenever I had a question. There is no question in my mind that I will utilize Lovewell for my upcoming deck remodel."

"Price quoted was lower than the others to perform the exact same work. They arrived when they said they would, they cleaned at the end of each day and thoroughly after the last day. We have a large roof and it took 5 days. The only issue we have is not with Iossi directly. The company that delivered the supplies cracked our driveway and we were told by that company that they will fix it but after a couple of phone calls we still have a cracked driveway ."

"I called several fencing companies to come out and give me advice and an estimate of costs. Creative Decks and Fence was the only company who returned my call. I spoke to an employee and she said the owner would come by on Thursday. The next day the owner stopped by on his way home from completing a job. He was nicely dressed despite the heat, personable, spoke on my level and walked the fenced yard with me, offering suggestions and letting me know what he could and couldn't do for us. He calculated the cost, said that he and his crew could finish it up that day if I would like. He returned to his shop, and the crew followed him back to our house. They worked for a couple of hours, I paid them, and they were gone. The work is perfect, their attitudes were very easy, and I cannot be happier that they were the company we hired. "esInitially it started out well but as is typical in this industry, things start to fall off.  He is able to do most phases of construction but prefers trimwork.  The scope of work that we had didn't fit where he wanted to be.  If it was a single job that he was being hired for, I think he would be good.  He did good work but we do a lot of custom stuff and that throws our subs off sometimes.  Super nice guy and I felt that he was trustworthy. <br />"

"They did an excellent job you would never know there was a door there. <br /> <br /> **UPDATE 7/9/2015** They were supposed to come back to seal the door off. I called them three weeks later and left a message but did not receive a response so I called them another time two weeks after that. The service provider ensured me that he would send people out to finish the job and seal the door/ make everything flush so all I would have to do it paint. I should have also received a 10% senior discount ($50 on the $500 bill) which I never received. He  said that Angie's List was supposed to pay me the discount which is not true. I felt that was poor professionalism and poor business. In the end, he didn't finish the job and it doesn't look like he plans to finish the job."

"The installers did a great job, were very professional and were punctual. Previously we had them install a new picture window and sliding glass door. We have used this company for siding and roofing and have been pleased with their products and service and would highly recommend them. As far as price - I believe you get what you pay for and they were comparable to other companies. They have a good product."
