"We hired Stout Roofing to replace the roof on our rambler. I was pleased to meet Jake Stout when he came to my residence to do an inspection and discuss the concerns I had. I asked for a few small changes such as the installation of some bathroom ceiling fan flapper vents, and the removal of a solar attic vent fan and patching it's hole. Their pricing was extremely competitive and right in our budget. Best of all they had very good availability to get started. "Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "Excellent job and customer service. Worked with Will Ytsma at RoofSmart to find the best roofing options for my budget. He did a great job narrowing down the roofing options to best meet my needs. Andrew, Omar and Pedro all helped to keep the project moving forward. They removed the old torch down roof with built in gutters (terrible 1960s design for Seattle area) and installed a new asphalt shingle roof with ice and water underlayment and new gutters and downspouts. "I had a full roof replacement which included removing one layer of asphalt shingles plus the original cedar shake and then installing the new roof from the decking to the final asphalt shingles. Ibex kept me informed on the scheduling and then checked in to see if I had any questions or concerns. The foreman and his team arrived on time, worked hard and were very pleasant to work with. They particularly took care to protect the shrubs and plants around my home as they removed the old shingles and checked to make sure that everything was picked up. I highly recommend Ibex because not only did they do an outstanding job but also because they will be there to handle any problems that arise over the years."

"CJ came and spent some time with me during the initial estimate. Very pleasant salesman that's easy to relate to and very detailed on how the whole project would be done. The crew that came out to replace my roof were quick, polite and cleaned up well after each work day. (2 days for the roof) Three Tree Roofing provided a huge dumpster for them to throw the debris in which was parked in my driveway, and a honey bucket for their use. There was one issue I had with the skylights and installation, but it's not enough to sway my opinion of this company. The company that Three Tree hired to replace my gutters were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well. I've hired many contractors over the years and have never been so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them. Last thing I should mention......... I received a nice little gift in the mail after the project was completed. Nice touch!!"
